This is an exciting job opportunity for a Rebates Specialist onsite to join Signify in Panama, Panama.

The Rebates Specialist manages rebate processes to ensure accurate and timely payments. Coordinates with finance and sales teams to verify rebate eligibility and documentation. Analyzes rebate data to identify discrepancies and improve processes.

What you’ll do

• Processes rebate claims and ensures compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals for rebate processing.
• Monitors rebate accounts and investigates discrepancies or disputes.Prepares and submits rebate reports for management review and audit purposes.
• Communicates with customers and vendors regarding rebate inquiries and status updates. Maintains accurate records of rebate transactions and updates financial systems accordingly.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline rebate operations and recommends process improvements.
• Convert customer contract in to ERP rebate module.
• Reconcile rebates provision with payout (deductions and/or debit notes). Monitor sales & correlated rebates provision and proactively provide customer insights.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and managers to seek opportunities for automation.
  

More about you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is essential to understand financial processes and contractual compliance.
• 3+ years experience in finance operations, rebate processing, or accounts receivable with proven skills in managing rebate claims, reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional certification in finance or accounting such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is required to ensure adherence to financial standards and audit readiness.
• Fluent English is required
