We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to support business growth by connecting with prospective customers through outbound cold calling. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the sales team. You will play a key role in creating positive first impressions, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring a seamless lead generation process. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and introduce real estate projects and offerings.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about available properties and projects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture leads and increase conversions.
• Update customer information, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex concerns when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication during every interaction.
• Stay informed about project details, pricing, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate with customers.
