As a Senior Associate in Business Application Consulting, you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. Working within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP CRM software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize customer relationship management processes and enhance satisfaction
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing and deploying business process improvements to achieve strategic objectives
- Managing deployment and design implementation of CRM software solutions
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
- Interpreting data to generate recommendations and drive business success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Utilizing SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM for client solutions
- Demonstrating analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
- Excelling in business process consulting and improvement strategies
- Developing customer relationship management strategies for enhanced client engagement
