GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity for a Radiation Therapist to join our experienced team at our Norwest clinic on a permanent, full-time basis, with full time hours worked across a 4-day week.

Join a collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering high quality radiation therapy, with opportunities to work across treatment and planning using contemporary technology and treatment techniques.

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to $130,653 + superannuation, dependent on experience.

More specifically, you will:

• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatment and planning in accordance with clinical protocols and best practice.
• Undertake treatment, simulation and planning responsibilities across the department.
• Work collaboratively as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver an exceptional standard of patient care.
• Ensure radiation therapy processes and procedures are completed safely, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administration in a professional and timely manner.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and the continuous improvement of our clinical services.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated technical competence across radiation therapy treatment, simulation and planning.
• Knowledge of contemporary radiation therapy modalities and techniques.
• An interest in continuing to develop professionally across all areas of the department, including planning and the Elekta Unity MR Linac.
• Experience with the Monaco Treatment Planning System would be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A patient-focused approach and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
