GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity for Radiation Therapists to join our established Adelaide team, based across Flinders Private Hospital and our Tennyson Centre.

We currently have both Full Time and Part Time opportunities available, with the Part Time position working 3 days per week.

As a Radiation Therapist, you will report directly to the Unit Leader and play an important role in delivering high quality care to our patients.

More specifically, you will:

• Personally undertake radiation therapy planning, pre-treatment and treatment responsibilities and associated duties.
• Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the relevant Centre and across the practice.
• Responsible for the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures.
• Ensure that all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Demonstrated technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy at an appropriate level (treatment, simulation and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment.
• Strong empathy, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy.
• Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
• Current Australian Radiation Use Licence (state-specific requirements apply).
