Über diese Quant Risk Analyst Stelle bei Rock Bund Capital
Who We Are
Role Overview
As our trading activities continue to scale across CeFi, DeFi, and TradFi markets, we are seeking a Quant Risk Analyst to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of daily risk operations, PnL and position reconciliation, quantitative analysis, and incident management—ensuring complete risk oversight and control across all firmwide trading activities.
Working closely with Trading, Engineering, Finance, and Operations, you will act as a critical frontline line of defense: enforcing risk limits, investigating real-time discrepancies, and maintaining operational integrity.
We are seeking an analytical, detail-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced digital asset environment. The ideal candidate takes strong ownership of daily operational controls while possessing the drive and quantitative foundation to scale into strategy risk modeling, risk measurement, and quantitative analytics.
What You Will Do
Daily Risk Operations & Monitoring
- Conduct real-time monitoring and risk control across systematic trading strategies, tracking PnL, position exposures, margin utilization, leverage, and limit compliance.
- Perform daily PnL, position, balance, and account reconciliations across trading systems, exchanges, and internal records to ensure complete data integrity.
- Track exchange and account-level risk parameters, including margin call thresholds, liquidation risks, funding rates, and basis exposure.
Incident Management & Discrepancy Resolution
- Proactively identify and investigate PnL discrepancies, exposure spikes, risk limit breaches, and operational anomalies.
- Support end-to-end incident management, including initial triage, impact assessment, root-cause analysis, escalation, and post-incident tracking.
- Partner cross-functionally with Trading, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to resolve data inconsistencies and operational bottlenecks.
Quantitative Analytics, Reporting & Automation
- Leverage Python, SQL, or other analytical tools to automate recurring daily risk checks, reconciliation workflows, and data pipelines.
- Perform quantitative analysis on strategy behavior, drawdown profiles, risk-adjusted performance, and key risk metrics.
- Assist in developing and enhancing risk monitoring dashboards, control procedures, and operational SOPs.
- Prepare concise daily, weekly, and ad-hoc risk management reports for senior stakeholders.
Who You Are
Must Have
