Your Role: You’ll lead a team of Quality Engineers and act as a key partner to our Director of Supply and Quality, setting priorities, solving product and raw material quality issues, managing supplier quality, and building more structured quality processes across the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers, setting priorities, coordinating workload, and providing feedback.
- Own product and raw material quality issues from root cause analysis to corrective action and resolution.
- Manage supplier quality, including claims, corrective actions, supplier performance, and audits.
- Work closely with Product Development, Purchasing, and Production to prevent quality risks and improve processes.
- Build and improve quality processes, KPIs, supplier scorecards, and reporting.
- Analyze quality data, identify risks and trends, and provide clear recommendations to management.
- Manage the Quality Engineering budget and support a strong performance and continuous improvement culture.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, or a similar role within electronics, automotive, medical devices, optics/laser technology, or a similar technical industry.

- Experience leading people, coordinating priorities, or driving cross-functional projects.
- Ability to build structure and processes where they are not yet fully established.
- Strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
