Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and implements key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of testing activities. Collaboration across teams and continuous process improvements are central to driving quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Expected to have Very good Azure experience
We also need Retail domain experience
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to design and execute complex load and stress testing scenarios.
- Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with integrating performance testing tools within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in OpenText LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
