JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements, customer expectations, and automotive quality standards.
• Lead customer complaint management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs, including FTQ, scrap, and quality costs.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive closure of improvement actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop quality team members through training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, environmental, and product integrity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of core quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
