About The Role
Due to significant growth and to address the evolving needs of our QA team, we are seeking a Quality Engineer.
You will join a structured QA community of about half a dozen engineers based across France and the United States, allowing you to share best practices and grow technically with your international peers. On a daily basis, you will be fully integrated into an Agile Product squad, working hand-in-hand with developers and product managers. You will report directly to the Manager of the Quality Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities

Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure long-term efficiency and scalability in our testing processes.
Collaboration & Leadership: Act as a leadership driving force within your squad. You will actively lead the collaboration between the Product Manager (PM) and Developers to define, clarify, and prioritize quality and testability requirements from the very start.
Bug Tracking & Analysis: Identify, document, and track defects in Jira, and work with the engineering team to prioritize and resolve them.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to streamline the release process.
Quality Culture: Act as an internal advocate for QA best practices, helping the whole team maintain high standards.
Participation in Agile Ceremonies: Actively contribute to all agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring a strong quality mindset throughout the development cycle.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience: Engineering degree or Master’s degree with 7 years of experience in a technical QA or development field.
Testing Frameworks & Tools: Strong hands-on experience with tools like Playwright, PactumJS, Jest, Postman, or Cucumber. Familiarity with other frameworks like Cypress or RestAssured is also highly valued.
Methodology & Test Management: Solid knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and familiarity with test management tools like Xray (or similar).
CI/CD & Innovation: Good knowledge of CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI (or similar tools). A strong interest and familiarity with leveraging AI tools to optimize testing efficiency is a plus.
Nice to Have: Prior experience with Salesforce testing is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: A true team player with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in evolving technologies.
Languages: Fully fluent in both English and French (essential for daily collaboration with both your local squad and US-based QA peers).
