Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer communication and work closely with the Value Stream Manager, Process Engineer, and Logistics team to ensure the effective execution of quality-related activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and coordinate the 8D problem-solving process.
- Initiate and support quality improvement projects aimed at reducing scrap and customer complaint costs.
- Conduct and document process and product audits.
- Represent customer requirements across various areas of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Secondary or higher education degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
- Confident application of the 8D problem-solving methodology.
- Practical knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard.
- Active and fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong problem-solving skills.
