Job Summary:
Ensures the consistent application of quality processes, based on established guidelines, to support the delivery of reliable, high-performing prefabricated products and assemblies. Creates, promotes, and reinforces a culture of quality across manufacturing, production, and support teams to establish clear quality expectations and drive consistent execution. Coordinates quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the prefabrication lifecycle, from material receipt through fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, and shipment. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Monitors quality performance data and recommends process enhancements to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages the consistent application of quality assurance and quality control processes across prefabrication operations to support product quality and production objectives.
Coordinates with manufacturing, production, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to integrate quality requirements into fabrication and assembly processes.
Develops and maintains quality programs, inspection plans, and process controls to support compliance with established standards and customer requirements.
Supports training and awareness initiatives that promote understanding of quality processes, inspection requirements, and individual quality responsibilities.
Monitors quality metrics, inspection results, nonconformance trends, and production performance data to identify opportunities for corrective and preventive action.
Investigates quality-related issues, facilitates root cause analysis activities, and recommends process improvements to enhance product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
Communicates quality findings, performance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, manufacturing, industrial technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
4–6 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, prefabrication, production operations, or a related field required.
Experience supporting inspection, testing, process control, corrective action, and continuous improvement activities in a manufacturing or prefabrication environment required.

Certifications and Licenses:
American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification preferred.
American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification preferred.
