The Measurement & Analytics division is a global leader in smart instrumentation and analytical solutions, helping drive the digital transformation of industry.

Its portfolio includes gas and liquid analyzers, process measurement instruments (temperature, pres-sure, flow, and level), force measurement solutions, and advanced digital technologies for device man-agement, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance.

Serving key industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, water, energy, hydrogen, batteries, and marine, the division helps customers optimize their processes through reliable data generated by intelligent sensors and instruments. By providing accurate measurements of operational and environmental pa-rameters, it enables performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

Occasional remote work is available; however, there is a strong preference for on-site work. The posi-tion also requires occasional travel to customer sites (within the United States and internationally) as well as to various ABB locations.

This role is focused on ensuring the quality of mechanical, optical, and electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality responsibility for one or more product lines and ensure compliance with inter-nal processes, standards, and best practices.

• Coordinate and oversee the resolution of customer complaints (CCRPs) and internal non-conformities (NCRs).

• Ensure quality deliverables for projects within the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

• Review and approve design, procurement, integration, and test documentation, and ensure quality control during integration and assembly testing.

• Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) as the quality decision-making representative and contribute to the closure of non-conformities.

• Facilitate Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings.

• Participate in the Configuration Control Board (CCB) as the quality decision-making repre-sentative and monitor the implementation of design changes.

• Manage quality systems and business processes while leading process simplification and opti-mization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with a high level of accountability, autonomy, and attention to detail.

• Experience working in a regulated or standards-driven environment, with knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.

• Bilingualism required: French and English, to regularly communicate with customers and stake-holders outside of Quebec.

• Knowledge of SAP and Windchill is considered an asset.
