1. 職務概要
本ポジションは、ピープルエクスペリエンス(PX)部門 人事部に所属し、患者さんへの貢献および企業価値の向上を支える人事施策や人事オペレーションの推進を通じて、組織力の強化と従業員体験の向上に貢献する。
上司やマネージャーの指導・サポートを得ながら、パフォーマンスカルチャーの醸成、人事関連規程の運用、人事労務管理、人事オペレーションの効率化、部門横断プロジェクトへの参画など、人事領域における幅広い業務を担当する。
また、国内外のステークホルダーや外部ベンダーと連携し、グローバル施策や部門横断プロジェクトの円滑な実行を支援する。
さらに、生成AIやデジタルツールを日常業務に適切に取り入れ、定型業務の効率化、情報整理、資料作成および業務品質の向上に取り組み、より生産性の高い働き方の実現に貢献する。
2. 主要な役割と責任
2.1 人事施策の企画・運営支援
上司やマネージャーの指導・サポートを得ながら、PX戦略および事業戦略に基づく人事施策の企画・運営を支援する。
パフォーマンスマネジメント関連施策の運営を通じて、社員の成果と成長を促す組織文化の醸成に貢献する。
グローバルで展開される人事施策やプログラムについて、日本への導入および運用を支援する。
関係者への案内、説明資料の作成、会議・説明会の運営など、人事施策の実行に必要な業務を担当する。
2.2 労務管理・規程運用支援
労働協約、就業規則および人事関連諸規程の運用・管理業務を担当する。
法改正、判例、社会動向および労務関連情報の調査を行い、規程改定や制度運用の見直しを支援する。
規程や制度に関する資料、社内案内および関連文書の作成・更新を行う。
社内協業先からエスカレーションされた従業員およびマネージャーからの人事労務関連の問い合わせに対応し、必要に応じて上司や担当者へ相談・報告する。
2.3 オペレーショナルエクセレンス
GBS、Payroll、Benefits、HR Operations等の関係者と協働し、人事オペレーションの効率化および標準化を推進する。
雇用管理デスクを含む外部委託先の運営状況をモニタリングし、上司やマネージャーと連携して必要な改善活動を支援する。
労働時間管理、有給休暇取得促進、36協定関連業務等の運用を担当する。
マネージャーおよび従業員向けの研修・説明会について、資料や案内の準備、日程調整および当日の運営を行う。
生成AI、Microsoft Copilotその他の会社が承認したデジタルツールを活用し、情報整理、文書・資料作成、会議準備および定型業務の効率化と生産性向上に取り組む。
2.4 プロジェクト参画・PMOサポート
上司、マネージャーまたはプロジェクトリーダーの指導・サポートのもと、人事領域における部門横断プロジェクトおよびグローバルプロジェクトへ、プロジェクトメンバーとして参画する。
プロジェクトの進捗管理、会議運営、資料作成、議事録作成および関係者との連絡・調整等のPMO業務を担当する。
国内外のステークホルダーと連携し、プロジェクトの円滑な遂行に貢献する。
AIやデジタルツールを適切に活用し、プロジェクト関連情報の整理、資料作成、会議準備およびフォローアップ業務の効率化を図る。

5. 学歴・資格
必須要件
学士号以上、または同等の知識・能力を有すること

本ポジションでは、Global PXを含む海外ステークホルダーとの会議、メール、資料作成およびプロジェクト上の連携が発生するため、実務で使用できるビジネスレベルの英語力を採用上の必須要件とする。

1. Position Summary
This position belongs to the Human Resources Department within the People Experience (PX) organization and contributes to strengthening organizational capability and enhancing the employee experience by supporting HR initiatives and HR operations that enable contributions to patients and enhance corporate value. Under the guidance and support of supervisors and managers, the role is responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including fostering a performance culture, operating HR-related policies, supporting employee relations and HR administration, improving HR operational efficiency, and participating in cross-functional projects. The position also supports the smooth execution of global initiatives and cross-functional projects by collaborating with domestic and international stakeholders and external vendors. In addition, the role appropriately incorporates generative AI and digital tools into daily work to improve productivity, streamline routine tasks, organize information, prepare materials, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
2. Description of Primary Roles & Responsibilities
2.1 Culture & HR Programs
With guidance and support from supervisors and managers, support the planning and execution of HR initiatives aligned with the PX strategy and business strategy. Contribute to building an organizational culture that encourages employee performance and growth through the operation of performance management-related initiatives. Support the implementation and operation of global HR initiatives and programs in Japan. Prepare employee communications, briefing materials, meetings, and information sessions required for effective execution of HR initiatives.
2.2 Employee Relations & Policies
Administer and manage labor agreements, work rules, and other HR-related policies. Research legislative changes, court precedents, social trends, and employee relations-related information to support policy revisions and operational improvements. Prepare and update materials, internal communications, and related documents concerning policies and programs. Respond to escalated HR and employee relations inquiries from employees and managers through internal collaboration channels, and consult with or report to supervisors and relevant stakeholders as necessary.
2.3 HR Operations & Process Management
Collaborate with GBS, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, and other stakeholders to improve and standardize HR operations. Monitor the operational status of external service providers, including the Employment Administration Desk, and support necessary improvement activities in collaboration with supervisors and managers. Manage operations related to working time administration, promotion of paid leave usage, and Article 36 Agreement-related processes. Prepare materials and announcements, coordinate schedules, and support the facilitation of training sessions and briefings for managers and employees. Leverage generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and other company-approved digital tools to organize information, draft documents and materials, prepare for meetings, streamline routine tasks, and improve productivity.
2.4 Project Participation & PMO Support
Participate as a project member in cross-functional and global HR projects under the guidance and support of supervisors, managers, or project leaders. Support PMO activities, including progress tracking, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, meeting minutes, and communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders to support smooth project execution. Appropriately use AI and digital tools to organize project-related information, prepare materials, support meetings, and improve follow-up activities.

3.2 Technical Skills
Basic understanding of labor laws, HR/employee relations, or compliance, or strong willingness to learn these areas. Logical thinking and ability to organize information accurately. Proficiency in preparing documents and materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools. Basic project coordination skills required for meeting facilitation, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Ability to prepare documents, presentations, and communications in both Japanese and English. Ability to create accurate and easy-to-understand internal documents, announcements, and briefing materials. Ability to use generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and other digital tools to improve work efficiency and the quality of outputs.
4. Work Experience
Required
Prior HR experience is not required. Practical work experience in a company, government organization, consulting firm, or other organization is required. Experience executing work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders under the guidance and support of supervisors or managers is required. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both Japanese and English is required. Ability to learn new digital tools and ways of working and apply them in daily operations is required. Strong motivation to develop a career in HR, including future opportunities such as Employee Relations Manager or PXBP, is required.
Preferred
Approximately three years of HR experience in a global environment or multinational company is preferred. Experience working with overseas offices or global teams is preferred. Experience working with external vendors or shared service organizations is preferred. Experience using generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or other digital tools in work is preferred. Experience using AI or digital tools to reduce routine work, shorten document preparation time, organize information, or improve work quality is preferred.
5. Education & Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and capabilities.
Preferred
Preferred qualifications include Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant, Type I or Type II Health Officer, career counselor, or similar certifications. Other qualifications related to HR, labor relations, legal, compliance, AI, data, digital tools, or business automation are also preferred.
6. Language Requirements
Japanese
Native-level Japanese proficiency, or equivalent Japanese language ability to perform work accurately and smoothly.
English
Business-level English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position, as the role involves meetings, emails, document preparation, and project collaboration with overseas stakeholders, including Global PX. The required English capability must be available at the time of hiring or transfer and is not assumed to be developed after joining the role.
The incumbent must be able to participate in meetings with overseas stakeholders and proactively explain assigned responsibilities; respond to questions, confirm understanding, exchange views, and follow up as needed; independently prepare emails, chats, and business documents in English; understand English policies, guidelines, meeting materials, and business documents; maintain ongoing communication with overseas project members in global projects; and prepare materials and deliver presentations in English when required.
English Proficiency Guideline
A TOEIC score equivalent to 800 or above, or equivalent practical English communication ability sufficient to perform the responsibilities described above, is expected. In addition to test scores, actual English communication capability should be assessed through interviews or other appropriate methods.
