The Opportunity

As a Specialist within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will provide essential administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. As an Administrative level professional, you will deliver efficient and effective support to internal teams, fostering a positive working environment and building productive relationships. You will be proactive and organized, anticipating needs and understanding tasks thoroughly to contribute to the team's success.

Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Facilitating smooth operations within the organization through effective communication and collaboration
- Utilizing office productivity applications for efficient task management and execution
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing executive travel logistics
- Maintaining corporate records and managing electronic filing systems
- Conducting research and preparing reports to support business processes
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve business processes and outcomes
- Managing stakeholder relationships and fostering positive interactions
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks to achieve efficient outcomes and meet changing needs
- Applying a learning mindset to continuously upskill and adopt best practices
- Suggesting innovative solutions when opportunities or challenges arise

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
