The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
Procurement & Supply Management
Lead and supervise daily purchasing activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services.
Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders within authorized limits.
Monitor inventory levels, supplier lead times, and demand forecasts to prevent material shortages and excess inventory.
Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams to support business objectives.
Supplier Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews based on quality, delivery, service, and cost.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable commercial agreements.
Work with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and service issues.
Team Leadership
Supervise, coach, and develop purchasing team members.
Establish performance goals and monitor team productivity.
Provide training on procurement systems, policies, and best practices.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cost Management & Process Improvement
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Analyze purchasing trends, spending patterns, and supplier performance metrics.
Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Support digitalization and automation initiatives within procurement processes.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethics standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Ensure adherence to approved supplier and sourcing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
Knowledge & Skills
Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
