This role is part of the end-to-end Value Stream operating model, structured around 4 Value Streams to better support our customers from opportunity through execution. Key Responsibilities

• Lead pull management for US East & LATAM within Steam Services Parts VS, accountable for customer order execution, issue resolution, fulfillment performance, and customer outcomes.
• Drive proactive order behavior, prioritization, schedule alignment, and execution across the assigned value stream.
• Own customer order issue resolution, coordinating cross-functionally to remove barriers and protect customer commitments.
• Manage non-standard and escalated situations, balancing customer needs, operational constraints, and business priorities.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making when issues extend beyond the immediate team scope.
• Represent pull management in leadership forums, providing functional input on priorities, risks, and performance.
• Drive daily operating rigor, including workload balancing, escalation management, performance follow-up, and process adherence.
• Support improvement initiatives, standard work updates, and system-enabled ways of working.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to build capability, accountability, and sustained execution discipline.

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in customer order management, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, operations, or service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Strong knowledge of Steam Services operational processes, market requirements, OSERP, and NEX.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
