Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents.

• Guide applicants through the admissions process.

• Process and verify admission applications and supporting documents.

• Organize recruitment events, open days, and campus tours.

• Represent the institution at education fairs and outreach activities.

• Promote the institution through marketing campaigns and social media.

• Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate applicant records and databases.

• Coordinate interviews, entrance examinations, and admissions decisions.

• Prepare admissions reports and statistics.

• Handle public relations activities to enhance the institution's reputation.

• Collaborate with academic departments and administrative staff.

• Ensure compliance with institutional admissions policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in:

• Public Relations

• Communications

• Marketing

• Business Administration

Experience:

• Entry-level: 1–2 years of experience in admissions, public relations, customer service, marketing, or education administration.

• Experience in student recruitment, event coordination, public engagement, or communications is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with admissions software, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
