About the Role:

The Public Area Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel and residential public spaces. This position is responsible for ensuring all guest-facing areas are maintained to the highest level of quality, creating an environment that reflects the elegance and excellence of Four Seasons.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of hotel and residential public areas.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.

• Support the Housekeeping team with additional cleaning duties and special projects as assigned.

• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards in a timely manner.

• Contribute to a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment for guests and residents.

What You Bring:

• Previous housekeeping, or cleaning experience, preferably within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including interacting with guests.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.

Schedule & Hours:
