More about the role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Public Affairs Communication professional to join our team in Madrid as a Manager.
What you'll do
-
Support Public Affairs strategies and institutional positioning for companies and sector associations.

Analyse and supervise political and regulatory developments across the Spanish and European institutional landscape.

Identify legislative risks and opportunities and contribute to defining strategic lines of action for clients.

Support communication and public affairs strategies, particularly in highly regulated sectors.
-
Provide strategic support and contribute to client account management and relationships.
-
Prepare and supervise reports, briefings, messaging, stakeholder mapping, and other communication materials.

Support project coordination and help guide junior team members.

Contribute to new business opportunities, proposals, and pitches.
Experience that contributes to success:
-
Bachelor's degree in political science, law, international relations, institutional relations, communication, or a related field.
-
5+ years' experience in public affairs, institutional relations, political communication, corporate communication, or a relevant agency environment.
-
Strong knowledge of the Spanish political and parliamentary system.
-
High level of spoken and written English (C1) required.

Experience in client management and project coordination.

Strong strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Creative, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, diverse, and inclusive environments.
