Michael Kors Markville is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and can deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience while representing the Michael Kors brand.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide confident product and styling recommendations.
Build genuine and lasting customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate product features, benefits, promotions, and brand stories.
Support cross-selling and styling to help customers discover products that best suit their needs.
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Support replenishment, recovery, stock organization, POS transactions, and general store operations as needed.
Work collaboratively with the leadership team and fellow associates to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, proactive, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
Customer-focused with a genuine interest in building relationships.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and accountability.
Interest in fashion, styling, and the Michael Kors brand.
Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
Availability during key holiday periods, including Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day, is strongly preferred.
