About Rox

Rox is building the AI operating system for revenue teams. Early, intense, serious about craft.

AI-Native Recruiting by Rox

This elevates past a “job.”

AI-Native Recruiting by Rox — the candidate designs the seat; the process reverse-engineers and iterates in parallel to the individual and Rox’s moment; compound momentum in concert.

Soft match to a team (the posting describes team aspiration + role shape), not a hard job/req match. We’re not asking you to squeeze into a fixed box.

The process adapts to the person and the company’s present — scored in hours, human when it matters — instead of forcing both through a fixed funnel.

The invite

We’re hiring for you — if the right problems, team, culture, and economics would make you leave what you’re doing.

You design the seat. We score compatibility to Rox right now, surface the closest team aspiration, and — when there’s high compatibility — swarm around you.

What we ask you to design

1. Lane — Research · Build · GTM · Growth · Other

2. Problem fit (lane-aware) — what you want to work / solve / overcome / unlock

3. % time breakdown (~100) — build / sell / lead / research / customer / other

4. Team — size, mix, partners, manager

5. Culture non‑negotiables — 3–5 must-be true

6. What would make you move now — 1–2 sentences

7. Comp canvas — optimize-for bands + Base/OTE/Equity mix

How it works

Submit via the Make Me Move flow (~10–12 min) → instant receipt (score + closest team aspiration) → within hours we score how this maps to Rox right now → human next step when there’s a path.

Three outcomes

1. High compatibility → swarm — Erin + Team Lead + Shriram + 30 min tech vibes + onsite.

2. Not now → aspirational why — clear path for 6–12 months out.

3. Candidate data stream (v2+) — when Rox’s moment changes, proactive ping.

Equal opportunity

Rox is an equal opportunity employer.
