  • Collaborate closely with Macquarie representatives, retail partners, and office tenants to ensure high-quality service and seamless communication.
  • Manage engineering change requests and participate in tenant refurbishment programs from initial review through to commissioning.
  • Generate detailed operational reports, track essential safety certifications, and coordinate annual fire safety compliance statements.

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within a critical engineering environment, banking and finance facility, or premium commercial asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating as a senior Operations Manager in A-Grade or Premium commercial properties.
  • Deep technical competence and understanding of critical environments, electrical systems, and complex HVAC operations and optimization.
  • Proven experience managing NABERS ratings, renewals, and Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC) processes.
  • High-level understanding of vertical transport analytics, including traffic report reviews, as well as cyber security protocols for building networks.
  • Strong track record of identifying and implementing energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives in commercial buildings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, consultative relationships with asset owners and tenants.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a highly relevant technical trade certificate.
  • A collaborative approach that aligns with JLL's belief that the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
