Über diese Property Operations Runner Stelle bei Hallson Hospitality
Hallson Hospitality Co. manages 150+ short-term rental properties across Nashville. Our guest experience depends on things happening on the ground, not just on a screen. The Property Operations Runner is that on-the-ground presence: the person who shows up with a trunk full of supplies, shops for and stocks a fridge before check-in, remakes a bed after a late cancellation, sets up a surprise for a guest's celebration, and handles whatever last-minute request keeps a property guest-ready.
This role reports into Operations and works closely with the Guest Experience and Cleaning Vendor Coordination teams to keep properties turnover-ready and guests taken care of in real time.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision once given a task list
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through — guests are often waiting
- Physically able to lift and carry supplies, linens, and small furniture items
- Organized and detail-oriented — small misses (wrong fridge item, unmade bed) affect guest reviews
- Comfortable communicating with guests directly and professionally via text message
- Familiar with, or willing to learn, Nashville neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Comfortable using a phone for task management, photo documentation, and quick communication
- Prior experience in hospitality, delivery, property services, grocery shopping/errand services, or a similar hands-on role is a plus, but not required
