Why we're hiring:
This role provides the project management and delivery-tracking backbone for the Value & Delivery & Measurement team, reporting to the Manager (Value & Delivery) – Enterprise AI. It runs the recurring cadence - licence utilisation, return on investment and benefits tracking, and adoption reporting - to a dependable rhythm rather than depending on one person, and provides hands-on delivery coordination across the opportunity pipeline: tracking, scheduling, follow-through and status reporting. This is a coordination and tracking role, distinct from the Medallion delivery team's project managers, who run the build and deployment of agentic solutions themselves; here, the focus is on keeping the value and delivery reporting cadence moving and the opportunity pipeline visible and on schedule.
What you'll be doing:
• Run the recurring reporting cycles - weekly and monthly adoption, utilisation and value packs - to a fixed calendar and a consistent standard, so measurement keeps running independent of any one person.
• Track licence utilisation across all seven tenants: assigned against available, active against assigned, and dormant licences identified for reclaim and recycling.
• Maintain return on investment and benefits tracking against agreed business cases - baseline, actuals, variance - and the evidence trail behind every claim.
• Provide hands-on delivery coordination across the opportunity pipeline: tracking, scheduling, follow-through and status reporting, keeping a live view of what's in flight and what's at risk.
• Administer use-case intake and first-pass scoring, flagging items that trip a governance guardrail, and keep the intake pipeline moving rather than stalling in the queue.
• Support the Manager on Viva Insights configuration and customisation: custom dashboards, group definitions, benchmark selection, and the retention and consistency views.
• Maintain a project-level RAID log (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and status reporting for the Value & Delivery team's own workstreams, escalating what needs the Manager's attention.
What you'll need:
- Skills / Experience Requirements (Subject to change as per role title)
- Four to six years in project or programme delivery, business analysis, or performance and benefits reporting, ideally coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Comfortable working with usage and adoption data - able to build, check and explain a set of numbers, not simply present them.
- Strong data-handling discipline; working Viva insight and Power BI capability or the aptitude to reach it quickly.
- Analytical curiosity that goes past the surface: asks why this method, this platform, this formula, and can justify the answer.
- Fast learner with a track record of absorbing new tooling and turning it into working output within weeks.
- Problem framing from the stakeholder's perspective - able to sit with a pain point and return options rather than obstacles.
- Organised and structured: comfortable owning a calendar of recurring deliverables, a RAID log, and a status report, and keeping them current without being chased.
- Excellent written English; self-directed operating style with reliable overlap into London hours.
- Comfortable moving between granular tracking work and a high-level status conversation, and increasingly able to judge which the moment needs.
- Qualification Requirements (Desirable) (Subject to change as per role title)
- Microsoft AZ-900 and DP-900 or equivalent cloud and data fundamentals; PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project/programme management certification is an advantage; prior involvement in a Copilot or Microsoft 365 rollout is an advantage.
