We create campaigns, websites, apps and other digital solutions for inspiring brands all over the world.

Now we're looking for an experienced Project Manager Team Lead to own a portfolio of projects and client relationships end-to-end, while leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers along the way.

Requirements

Your tasks will be:

• Delivery Ownership: Independently manage your projects, client relationships and your freelancer and vendor partners, making sure everything gets delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Process & Documentation: Define and document scope, timeline, staffing and delivery process for every project - roadmaps, scopes of work, quotes, presentations and meeting notes included.
• Risk & Quality management: Continuously monitor project status, risks, dependencies and efficiency, and escalate early when something needs attention.
• Account Leadership: Own the client relationship at marketing director / CMO level. Shape the annual plan with the client, run quarterly business reviews, and negotiate scope, retainers and change requests so the account stays healthy for both sides.
• Cross-functional Support: Team up with Portfolio Directors, Growth Partners and experts from our Capabilities team to spot and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and support proposals and tender materials.
• Financial Steering: Support quarterly forecasts and revenue planning for your accounts, keeping billing prep, timesheets and project admin sharp and on time.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach and grow junior, mid-level and senior Project Managers — share what you know, unblock them when they're stuck, and help them level up.

We would like you to have:

• At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally including some people leadership or mentoring.
• Experience in integrated communication campaigns: you’ve worked in an integrated advertising agency leading massive ATL and production heavy campaigns.
• Business-level English, spoken and written - confident enough to run a negotiation or a client presentation without breaking a sweat.
• A solid grip on project management methodologies, with the precision and structured thinking to handle complex, multi-moving-part projects.
• An affinity for numbers — P&L thinking and forecasting don't scare you.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with strong stakeholder management instincts.
• A decisive, solutions-first mindset — you're comfortable making calls and standing behind them.
• A proactive attitude — you spot what's coming before it becomes a problem, and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
• A genuine interest in your own growth — you seek out feedback and actually do something with it.

We would be extra happy if:

• You have experience in AI implementation projects focusing on creative delivery, performance marketing or CRM initiatives.
• You've worked with a retail or FMCG client before and feel at home in a fast, always-on promotional rhythm
• You already have a working understanding of client business landscapes and can get up to speed quickly on new industries.
• You've led retrospectives or process-improvement initiatives that stuck, not just ones that looked good on a slide.
