As a Project Manager, Senior Associate you will guide project workstreams within our Project Portfolio Management practice, translating client needs into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor Associates and other junior team members while navigating ambiguity and developing your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will coordinate across multiple priorities, interpret feedback, track progress against milestones, and apply project management methods to support strategic PMO managed services engagements within the Strategy network and Managed Services competency.
Responsibilities
- Managing project workstreams and coordinating day-to-day delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and dependencies
- Developing project plans, milestones, and task trackers using project management software and PMO methods
- Monitoring project risks, issues, change requests, and action items while escalating concerns as needed
- Preparing status updates, governance materials, and meeting support documentation for client and internal stakeholders
- Applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project lifecycle methods to support varied delivery approaches
- Analyzing project data, budgets, and resource needs to inform forecasts, decisions, and recommendations
- Maintaining project documentation, process maps, and control logs to support consistency and traceability
- Supporting project portfolio reporting, business case development, and service delivery model improvement efforts
- Building client relationships and responding to feedback to adapt delivery plans and working practices
- Mentoring junior team members through guidance on project coordination, documentation, and delivery tasks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating Agile methodology and Kanban project coordination

- Developing stakeholder engagement across client service engagements
- Applying project budgeting, costing, and business case development
- Using project management software, documentation, and tracking tools
