Job Description

As a Project Manager within our Branded Channels team, you'll help deliver profitable, high-quality retail environments that support the LEGO Group's growth plans.

You'll oversee new store buildouts, refurbishments, remodels, maintenance activities and special international retail projects across third-party channels. Working closely with external vendors internal cross-functional teams, you'll establish priorities, manage processes, budgets and inventory, and ensure projects are delivered to plan while maintaining quality, cost and service standards.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered 3-5 years of experience in retail construction, project management or business development.
• Managed multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Built partnerships with franchise partners and their vendors.
• Worked within a global organisation or international business environment for 2-3 years.
• Created and presented information to senior stakeholders with professional credibility.
• Used Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, PDF and CAD files within a project delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Applied experience interpreting drawings, blueprints, as-built drawings and shop drawings.
• Supported budget monitoring, tracking and reporting activities.
• Coordinated work with external vendors across multiple projects.
• Travelled internationally as part of a project delivery role.

• Deliver retail construction projects including new stores, remodels, refurbishments and maintenance initiatives.
• Manage external consulting teams and vendor partners to achieve project milestones.
• Strengthen processes that improve quality, cost control and efficiency across retail development activities.
• Support major growth initiatives globally.
• Maintain and develop vendor and partner relationships to maximise service, quality and value.
• Coordinate resources across architects, contractors, project managers and internal stakeholders.

Life on the team

You'll join a team of five colleagues based across the UK, Denmark, the US and China. Projects are shared across the team and delivered collaboratively, with regular cross-functional partnership across the business. We're looking for someone who's a confident communicator, highly organised, flexible when priorities change, collaborative in their approach, effective at building relationships and motivated to achieve ambitious goals.

What success looks like

Success comes from creating consistency, control and quality across a varied portfolio of retail projects while helping the team scale its impact in key growth markets. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll play an important role in supporting international market growth priorities, working closely with external vendors and a wide range of internal teams to deliver retail experiences that support our long-term vision.
