  • Provide clear and transparent communication to leadership through concise reporting on KPIs, risks, mitigation plans, and change management activities.
  • Regularly visit our internal manufacturing facilities to enhance new build processes and ensure the production of a high-quality product.
  • Conduct and lead structured program meetings by preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and driving RAIL (Rolling Action Item List) closures to enforce accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate development activities across hardware, firmware, software, operations, and manufacturing to ensure aligned workflows and resolve cross-functional dependencies quickly.
  • Maintain robust program documentation and configuration management by overseeing document control, enforcing engineering change processes, and ensuring consistent version integrity.
  • Prepare and manage program budgets, including prototypes, samples, and external services, while tracking financial performance to maintain alignment with organizational goals.

What You Need to Be Successful
