Summary of Job Duties:
Project Coordinator responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Cardiovascular Service Line (CVSL) and will help cover the Internal Medicine Service Line (IMSL). Supports daily clinic and service line operations by coordinating schedules, supplies, procurement, invoices, payroll support, staff credentials, maintenance requests, and communication across internal teams, vendors, and leadership. Assists with project planning, documentation, tracking, and workflow support to help ensure efficient, timely, and compliant operations. Healthcare administrative roles commonly include scheduling, inventory, billing, records management, and staff coordination.

- Bachelor's degree in health, business, or a related field, or HS plus four (4) years of project coordination or administrative support experience

Responsibilities:
- Help create timelines, set goals, and organize project documentation.
- Coordinate project and clinic activities, including scheduling meetings, assigning tasks, and supporting daily workflow.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and report on project and clinic status.
- Serve as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, vendors, and clinic leadership.
- Maintain organized records, meeting notes, project files, and service line documentation.
- Support nursing administration and clinic operations.
- Order supplies, manage inventory, and support Frameworks purchasing processes.
- Process accounts payable items, including invoice tracking and follow-up.
- Support daily charge reconciliation for clinics.
- Maintain procurement contracts, equipment maintenance records, and service contracts.
- Manage procurement for projects and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups from off-site locations.
- Maintain phone lists, phone trees, voicemail boxes, clinic maintenance requests, and signage needs.
- Maintain staff licenses, certifications, and credential records.
- Maintain staff schedules, manage daily call-ins, and coordinate coverage.
- Support payroll activities, including timekeeping review and follow-up.
- Perform other duties as required.
