The Project Coordinator would serve as the primary engine behind our website builds. This role manages projects from initial kickoff to final delivery, ensuring robust client communication, strict adherence to timelines, and exceptional quality standards. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (Websites), you will play a critical role in scaling our department's operational capacity and delivering superior website solutions.

The salary for this role is $70,000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Project Management:
• Manages website builds end-to-end under the guidance of the Senior PM (Websites)
• Maintains accurate project timelines in Asana and proactively flags risks or delays
• Coordinates with internal teams (design, development, content, SEO) to keep builds on schedule
• Ensures all deliverables meet quality standards before client review
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management:
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their website project lifecycle
• Leads or participates in client-facing calls for kickoffs, check-ins, and approvals
• Sets clear expectations on scope, timeline, and next steps at each stage
• Maintains a professional, proactive communication cadence to keep clients confident and informed
• Process Execution & Documentation:
• Follows established website project SOPs and contributes feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintains thorough documentation in project management and client portal platforms
• Tracks client feedback and ensures revisions are accurately captured and actioned
• Assists in developing and refining templated workflows for website project types
• Team Collaboration & Growth:
• Works closely with the Senior PM (Websites) to develop skills across the full website project lifecycle
• Participates in team meetings and shares client insights to help improve department processes
• Supports coverage for other project types as bandwidth allows
• Actively pursues growth toward independent project ownership and Senior PM responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in website project management or digital marketing agency environments
• Familiarity with website builds (WordPress or similar), even at a basic level
• Background in client services or account coordination
• Experience working cross-functionally with design and development teams
• Exposure to legal marketing or professional services
• Comfort with SOPs, templated processes, and helping improve operational workflows
• Strong client-facing communication skills — comfortable on calls and in writing
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Asana or comparable project management platforms
• Comfortable working independently within defined processes and escalating when needed
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality work on deadline
• Collaborative, coachable, and eager to grow within a structured career path
• Must demonstrate reliability and responsiveness with both clients and internal team members
