The Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for is responsible for managing the global custom process for Device, Membrane, Paper products, and Lateral Flow/Reagent Analysis Services across both the Lab Filtration and Diagnostics & Genomics business units.

This position reports to the Project Manager and is part of the Product Operations Team located in Cardiff  and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Lead and oversee Simple Custom projects end-to-end, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, scope is aligned with business objectives, resources are effectively coordinated, and projects are delivered successfully from initiation through closure, including appropriate revenue recognition activities.
• Assume overall accountability for the successful execution of Simple Custom projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality, compliance, customer, and business requirements while maintaining robust project governance and documentation standards.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, driving alignment, decision-making, and execution throughout the custom development lifecycle to achieve project objectives and agreed milestones.
• Proactively manage project performance, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential barriers to success. Escalate appropriately, influence stakeholders, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and business commitments.
• Serve as the central coordination point for internal stakeholders and global project teams, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office programmes, including Teams. Desirable to have experience of using Smartsheet.
