Über diese Programme Coordinator (NSS, National Service Personnel) Stelle bei Orgmento
Orgmento is seeking thoughtful, organised National Service Personnel (NSS) to support the planning, development and delivery of technical programmes and projects.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking an early-stage idea, asking the right questions, identifying what needs to be clarified and helping turn it into a practical, well-managed programme. Projects may involve education, digital skills, community activity, content, technology, or the responsible use of AI tools.
Full training will be provided for the technical aspects of the role. What matters most is your willingness and ability to learn quickly, organise information, follow through on actions, and contribute constructively as ideas develop.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to programmes that help people engage with our technology in practical and inspiring ways.
Applicants who successfully apply themselves and excel during their tenure will be offered substantive roles at Orgmento upon completion of their National Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, planning and delivery of technical programmes and projects across the organisation
- Help turn broad or early-stage ideas into clear objectives, activities, timelines, responsibilities and expected outputs
- Ask focused questions to clarify goals, requirements, assumptions, dependencies and next steps
- Break projects into manageable tasks and help establish practical delivery plans
- Coordinate actions and follow up with the people involved to help programmes stay on track
- Prepare and maintain planning documents, agendas, checklists, status updates, project notes and programme materials
- Use AI tools, where appropriate, to support research, brainstorming, drafting, organisation and other creative or operational tasks
- Keep accurate records of relevant actions, decisions, feedback, risks and outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is naturally organised, dependable and attentive to detail
- Can take a fuzzy or incomplete idea and help turn it into a workable plan
- Asks thoughtful questions rather than making avoidable assumptions
- Takes responsibility for moving work forward and follows through on agreed actions
- Is curious, resourceful and happy to learn new skills, tools and concepts
- Has a positive, practical and can-do attitude
- Enjoys solving logic puzzles and approaching problems in a structured, thoughtful way
- Can manage several activities or workstreams while keeping priorities clear
- Communicates clearly and proactively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Is comfortable receiving feedback, reflecting on what worked and improving future work
- Is interested in technology and in how digital and AI-enabled tools can support creativity, education and programme delivery
Requirements
Eligible to work in Ghana, and available for full-time National Service (NSS) work.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Programme Management, or a similar degree course

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, actions and deadlines while maintaining clear priorities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills, tools, platforms and technical concepts
- Reliable access to the office during the initial six-month office-based period and the ability to transition to a hybrid arrangement thereafter
- An interest in programme coordination, project management, technology, digital education, content, entrepreneurship or a related area
Benefits
After the first six to twelve months, a successful NSS Programme Builder will:
- Be able to support the development of early-stage ideas into clear and practical programme plans
- Understand what needs to happen next, keep colleagues informed and follow up consistently
- Maintain accurate project records, action lists, timelines and status updates
