WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU
The Program Management Partner (9 Months secondment) reports to the Global Program Management Lead. The role translates the approved strategy for the US Activation Customer-Facing Colleague (CFC) program into an integrated blueprint, roadmap, governance model, and execution plan across field-force deployment, the CFC journey, technology, readiness, adoption, and benefit realization.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

- Drive delivery innovation and continuous improvement by challenging inefficient approaches and applying AI, automation, analytics, and digital collaboration to strengthen planning, risk sensing, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and program productivity.
- Orchestrate readiness, adoption, and stakeholder alignment by integrating impacts, communications, capability building, training, support, and feedback into the program plan in partnership with accountable functional and business owners.
