Who you'll be:
As a Program Management Analyst, you will oversee configuration and change management activities across various applications, systems, and infrastructure. You will ensure that all modifications are tracked, documented, and implemented according to established protocols, maintaining the integrity and consistency of system configurations. Your role involves collaborating with technical teams to support seamless transitions and updates, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to shifting team needs to provide essential support.
What you'll do:
- Perform configuration and change management activities for applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Support and execute change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including instruction manuals, product guides, software documentation, work instructions, and customer service materials.
- Review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide training documentation support to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on configuration and change management activities.
- Collaborate and flex across teams as needed to support organizational objectives and project needs.
What you'll need:
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and change tracking systems.
- Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing team requirements.
- Experience in drafting training materials and supporting process improvements.
- Proficiency with documentation platforms.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$74,300—$115,800 USD
