Job Summary
- Standardization of best practices across clients
- Pro-actively identifying issues and/or concerns
- Strong operational knowledge and ability to offer solutions to account teams on what has worked on other programs
- Drive automation, standardization and training across practice
- Provide exception customer service
- Expert in life cycle management
- Ability to manage higher volume of projects and multitask between them
- Utilize reporting to drive awareness of results and triage issues
- Prioritize daily tasks and ability to pivot based on practice needs
- Drive visibility and communication to leadership on initiative and project progress
- Drive cost savings
- Adherence to client time and expense policies
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting on invoice progress and status
