What You’ll Do
• Lead and motivate production team members
• Champion a safe, productive work environment
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production and quality goals
• Train employees and reinforce company procedures
• Monitor equipment, records, and operating issues

• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Basic computer skills and accurate production recordkeeping
