Are you passionate about welding technology and process improvement? Join us as a Production Process Supervisor in Xi’an and take the lead in advancing manufacturing performance, product quality, and welding excellence. You will drive efficiency improvement projects, develop innovative tooling and fixtures, strengthen welding system performance, and lead a skilled process team. Your expertise will directly support quality targets and the long-term success of our operations. 

Your responsibilities 

• Lead manufacturing process evaluation and development, including machining efficiency improvements, quality enhancement initiatives, fixture development, and tool testing. 

• Manage company-wide process optimization and productivity improvement projects. 

• Lead and develop the process engineering team, supporting capability growth and technical excellence. 

• Oversee welding system management (ISO 3834), ensuring performance targets are achieved. 

• Collaborate with workshops and suppliers to improve welding process performance, evaluate supplier capabilities, and support equipment investment projects while maintaining safety standards. 

Expectations for you 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Welding Engineering or a related discipline. 

• More than 5 years of welding experience with an IWE certification. 

• Experience managing welding systems and ISO 3834 requirements. 

• Advanced English communication skills for daily work. 

• Strong communication, coordination, and continuous learning capability.
