Our designs go onto shirts right here in Hudson, NH, and you're the one who makes it happen. You run our direct-to-garment printers, check every print before it moves on, and keep your machine clean and running well. You have a good eye for color, you notice when something looks off, and you speak up right away so the problem gets fixed fast.

- WEEKDAY SHIFT 1: Tuesday - Friday (4 10-hour shifts) 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- WEEKDAY SHIFT 2: Tuesday - Friday (4 10-hour shifts) 4:00 PM - 2:30 PM
- WEEKEND SHIFT 1: Saturday, Sunday and Monday (3 12-hour days) 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- WEEKEND SHIFT 2: Saturday, Sunday and Monday (3 12-hour days) 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Requirements
What You Know and Have Done
- You have previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or equipment operation environment — preferred, but not required.
- You can read and communicate in basic English.
What You'll Do
- You operate state-of-the-art direct-to-garment (DTG) digital printing equipment to produce quality prints on Life is Good garments.
- You meet hourly output targets so production stays on schedule.
- You inspect every finished print for quality and accuracy before it moves to the next stage.
- You perform preventative maintenance and regular cleaning on printing equipment so it stays in peak working condition.
- You communicate immediately and clearly with the dryer folder team when misprints or quality issues come up, so problems get resolved before they compound.
- You accurately identify color differences and variations to catch issues at the source.
- You maintain a clean, organized workstation and complete daily housekeeping assignments.
- You follow all safety procedures every shift, without exception.
- You stay open to learning new production technologies and digitally-assisted workflows as they are introduced on the floor.
