The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and production equipment to support daily operations.
• Assist with product manufacturing, packaging, and material handling activities.
• Follow established safety, quality, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Inspect products and processes to maintain quality requirements and specifications.
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Accurately complete production documentation and records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and plant procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience required.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the role.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, overtime, weekends, or shift work as needed.

How You Would Stand Out

• Previous experience in a food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or packaging manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating automated or heavy industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement practices.
