POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for supporting the creative team across various channels, with a focus on digital design and image management.  This individual is extremely detail-oriented, with a drive for efficiency and excellent organization & communication skills.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitates image processing workflow, to include minor photography retouching and coordinating with internal and external retouching partners.
• Supports marketing content for site, email, and social; providing backup to print media as needed.
• Reviews marketing assets with cross functional partners.
• Manages file preparation and release for digital marketing channels.
• Ensures all assets meet brand guidelines, technical requirements, and are optimized for various digital platforms.
• Adheres to the demands of the production schedule, collaborating with design and copy, and devoting time necessary to meet deadlines.
• Monitors production and usage of imagery for marketing purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

·         Design-specific higher education or 1-2 years equivalent experience preferred

·         Strong demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop (for both design and retouching), InDesign, and Illustrator required; Bridge and Acrobat a plus

·         Mac and Microsoft Office fluency, with aptitude for formatting complex data in Excel and presenting in PowerPoint

·         Competent with image processing —ideally in CaptureOne — including familiarity with commercial photography, metadata, and appropriate usage of various file formats

·         Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and consistency of work

·         Talent for applying strong artistic sensibility and typography skills to marketing design

·         Outstanding time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at a time

·         Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

·         Working knowledge of responsive web design best practices, including HTML and CSS, preferably in fashion and/or ecommerce

·         Familiarity with CMS design in Figma, Sketch, or similar software is advantageous

·         While not required, experience with a DAM (Widen, Acquia DAM, Adobe Assets/AEM) and/or project management software (Wrike. Basecamp, Smartsheet) is beneficial.

·         Video editing skills a plus — Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere
