As a Production and Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing production and warehouse operations to ensure that established quality, quantity, cost, and time objectives are met, optimizing available resources and ensuring compliance with company safety regulations and standards.

This position reports to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production plans that meet demand, and quality standards aligned with company objectives.

• Manage and develop high-performing teams by fostering teamwork, a positive work environment, and effective problem solving.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs and lead times.

• Ensure that products meet established quality standards.

• Generate and analyze production reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable decision-making regarding production and staff performance.

• Coordinate and supervise production routes, ensuring the correct use and operation of process equipment according to established parameters and procedures, while adhering to quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.

• Experience: In the chemical industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar position.

• Availability to work rotating shifts.

• Availability to travel between PPG sites.

• Language: Intermediate English.

• Experience managing unionized and administrative personnel (preferably more than 15 people).
