In this role you will develop the skills and certifications necessary to optimally perform in this technical and clinical role. Gain hands-on training and experience on the use of Stryker’s products, specific to the Foot & Ankle and Upper Extremities portfolios.

Foot and Ankle portfolio including:  Prophecy planning software, Infinity Total Ankle, MIS, to ensure successful surgical outcomes.

Upper Extremities Portfolio including: Blueprint planning software, Tornier shoulder solutions (e.g. Perform Humeral, Perform Reverse and Flex), and Latitude EV elbow, to ensure successful surgical outcomes.

You will provide clinical product support to all end users and on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. Resolve technical product and service issues as needed. You will provide training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned accounts.

The mission is to grow Stryker's Trauma & Extremities business by promoting clinical products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimising customer service, growing existing accounts through technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Always demonstrate outstanding ethics.  Treat customers and employees with respect, represent the company in the best possible light
• Communicate essential benefits of products and their clinical applications
• Act with integrity and reactively deliver on commitments within the required timescales
• Develop rapport. Understand the importance of relationships in selling.  Using open questioning techniques to ascertain customer's needs and has good working knowledge of key brands to open opportunities for the sales team to sell.  Use customer troubleshooting opportunities to grow and protect the business
• Understand that there are multiple stakeholders in the decision-making process and ask appropriate questions to identify the stakeholders
• Achieve sales results in line with the annual sales target and KPI metrics
• Serve as front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff before, during and after surgical procedures
• Complete 101 and 201 training and develop an understanding of all basic manual procedures
• Develop ability to competently cover complex primary and revision procedures

What you need?

• Relevant degree or equivalent training in a medical, scientific or technical career
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a clinical role
• Experience within a theatre environment is desirable
• Tech savvy and minded
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude for learning
• Strong teamwork and networking skills
• Computer skills, MS Office
• Willingness to travel and occasional weekend work
• Positive attitude, a "can do" solution orientated approach to succeed

United Kingdom Pay Range:

• £33,300 - £55,600 GBP Annual

Compensation is an important part of that process and we want to be clear about how pay is determined. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role.  In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
