As a Product Owner Senior within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

The System Administrator / Product Owner for LoadRunner is responsible for the strategy, administration, and operational excellence of the enterprise performance testing platform. This role owns the LoadRunner ecosystem, ensuring it is stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with the needs of development, testing, and engineering teams. The individual serves as both the technical platform lead and product owner, driving platform adoption, roadmap development, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with application teams, performance engineers, architects, and vendors, this role understands and complies with performance testing standards, manages platform upgrades and licensing, supports large-scale testing initiatives, and ensures that the organization's performance engineering capabilities evolve to meet business and technology objectives.

Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting LoadRunner or equivalent enterprise performance testing platforms.
• Deep knowledge of LoadRunner components including Controller, VuGen, Analysis, Load Generators, Enterprise Performance Engineering (ALM/EPM), and monitoring integrations.
• Experience defining and executing performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, web services, APIs, databases, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.
• Experience managing platform roadmaps, feature prioritization, stakeholder requirements, and product lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of performance engineering practices, KPIs, SLAs, and capacity planning methodologies.
• Experience integrating LoadRunner with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps toolchains, and test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience administering infrastructure supporting performance testing, including Windows/Linux servers, cloud environments, and container platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying application bottlenecks and performance risks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence engineering teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting platform strategy, test results, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Job Description

• Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
• Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value.
• Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value.
• Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
• Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
