As a Product Owner - Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will be at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology, managing commercial and internal products to validate they meet market demands and drive business growth. Your role will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life, including commercialization and go-to-market planning.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading product management initiatives from concept through to end-of-life, confirming alignment with market demands and business growth
- Guiding cross-functional teams in the development and execution of product strategies using Agile Methodology
- Overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of product development projects to meet client expectations
- Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to identify and address user experience challenges
- Managing the lifecycle of software products, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance
- Driving commercialization and go-to-market strategies for commercial products
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and encourage professional growth
- Utilizing software product management techniques to optimize product performance and user satisfaction
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved product solutions
- Engaging in constructive discussions with clients and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
