About this role

As a Product Manager on JET's Voucher Platform, you will play a crucial part in JET’s Fintech Product and Tech department. Your primary focus will be driving order volume and overarching growth through strategic voucher discounts.

We are looking for someone with a customer-centric approach who can lead initiatives and deliver impactful results. You will foster teamwork to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring we care for our customers by offering them the best value.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Act as the domain expert for the Fintech Voucher Platform, aiming high to ruthlessly prioritise its capabilities against broader product, tech, and marketing goals while driving business value through your product decisions.
• Your product mindset is critical to build the bridge connecting the customer-facing frontend, campaign infrastructure, and downstream fintech teams to seamlessly convert baskets into discounted orders.
• Lead a team of developers in close partnership with your tech manager peer, fostering deep collaboration and consistently helping one another succeed at building an excellent product by bringing the team closer to our customers, key stakeholders and core business goals.
• Drive continuous experimentation and full-funnel data analysis to measure the ROI of voucher campaigns, keeping it simple to create clarity and efficiency.
• Partner closely with commercial teams, Product Directors, and numerous PM’s across the business to define incentive strategies that boost order frequency and long-term retention.
• Stay constantly curious about what brings value to the business and offers our customers a delightful experience that keeps them coming back for more.

What will you bring to the team?

• A strategic mindset to participate in defining product vision and take responsibility for the roadmap and backlog for cross-functional initiatives.
• An ability to develop an understanding of our internal stakeholders across multiple domains globally to collaboratively create actionable business cases.
• Strong autonomy and a drive to stay committed to achieving goals, aiming higher to drive excellence while managing product risks through planned discovery.
• Analytical prowess to measure product performance across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue) and tie KPIs to overarching business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to frame and simplify complex challenges for senior stakeholders, tailoring your message up to the Director level.
• Collaborative experience to co-coordinate delivery with Programme managers, working effectively to deliver increments and ensure all requirements are met.
• Expertise in product operationalization, utilizing a deep understanding of JET's business model and competitive landscape.
• A rigorous data-driven approach, capable of projecting the ROI of incentive investments and balancing acquisition costs with user Lifetime Value (LTV).
• A sense of ownership to act responsibly while making a lasting impact, taking ultimate accountability for your end results and product discovery frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of growth mechanics, utilizing A/B testing, cohort analysis, and experimentation to optimize voucher strategies and reduce user churn.
