Are you passionate about using healthcare technology to improve clinical workflows and patient care? 

GenesisCare is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our IT team in Alexandria, Sydney, taking ownership of a portfolio of clinical and patient-facing digital solutions. 

Working closely with clinicians, operational teams, technology partners and vendors, you’ll help shape how our digital solutions evolve, ensuring they are effective, well adopted and continue to meet the needs of our people and patients. 

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity to play an important role in shaping how digital technology supports the delivery of patient care across GenesisCare. 

More Specifically, You Will: 

• Own and manage the roadmap, support, optimisation and continuous improvement of clinical digital solutions 

• Partner with clinicians, Patient Services Officers and operational teams to understand workflows, challenges and improvement opportunities 

• Manage product roadmaps, enhancement backlogs, defects and competing priorities 

• Drive the standardisation and optimisation of clinical and patient administration workflows 

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors 

• Lead user acceptance testing, release validation and adoption activities for new and enhanced solutions 

• Monitor system performance, utilisation and adoption to identify opportunities for improvement 

• Develop process documentation, workflow maps and recommendations to support better ways of working 

• Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives across GenesisCare 

• Ensure solutions meet clinical governance, privacy, information security and regulatory requirements  

We're Interested in Hearing from People Who: 

• Have 5+ years’ experience working with healthcare technology solutions 

• Bring a strong understanding of clinical and patient administration workflows 

• Have experience supporting, managing and optimising digital solutions within a healthcare environment 

• Are experienced in managing product roadmaps, enhancement backlogs and competing priorities 

• Can effectively gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solution outcomes 

• Have strong stakeholder and vendor management skills and can confidently work across clinical, operational and technology teams 

• Bring experience supporting technology adoption, change and user engagement 

• Have strong analytical, problem solving, process mapping and workflow optimisation skills 

• Are confident facilitating workshops, process reviews and stakeholder discussions 

• Hold a relevant qualification in Business, Health Informatics, Information Technology or a related discipline 

Experience with T Pro, Heidi Health, AI enabled healthcare solutions, EMR/EHR systems, healthcare integrations or oncology environments will be highly regarded.
