Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to align with client expectations. The Product Owner actively engages with the product team to ensure consistent delivery of valuable solutions. Regularly gathering and validating feedback through iterative cycles allows for informed adjustments to the product direction, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving needs. Collaboration and communication across various stakeholders are integral to driving the product s success and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Continuously monitor product progress and adjust priorities to maximize value delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and roadmaps in an agile environment.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
