WHAT WE DO
The Product Management team is looking for a Product Operations Analyst with strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills, and a strong desire to help enable a high performing product management team. You will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the enabling tools and processes that help our product team collect and organize product feedback, prioritize and plan what to build next, and ensure successful feature releases. You will also help support and improve the department-level operating rhythms including recurring product ceremonies, reporting, and collaboration with other departments.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role also carries a growing emphasis on AI fluency, systems thinking, and automation. As our product organization evolves how it works, you will help identify high-friction, manual work and apply AI tools and workflow automation to make our core processes more consistent, scalable, and efficient. Over time, there is significant opportunity for this role to take on deeper ownership of AI and automation initiatives across the product organization.

A successful candidate must be energized by building great products, collaborating with a diverse range of partners, optimizing team processes, deeply exploring data, and experimenting with new tools and technology to improve how teams work.
