Profile Overview

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing. You'll own go-to-market for new features, shape our competitive positioning, and equip both sales and partners with the tools they need to win. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer who is comfortable with technical concepts and knows how to translate them into compelling stories that connect product capabilities to real user value. You'll also play a key role in defining and articulating our category as we carve out new market territory, and bring fluency in both PLG and SLG pricing models to help shape how we package and monetize our product.

Your responsibilities
  • Own product launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, collateral, and internal enablement.
  • Craft compelling narratives that translate technical product capabilities into clear, story-driven value propositions for buyers and users alike.
  • Define and evolve our category positioning, articulating why we exist and why it matters as we establish a new market category.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets (battlecards, ROI calculators, decks, case studies) that help us displace competitors and shorten sales cycles.
  • Build a competitive intelligence function to track competitors and keep our teams sharp on differentiation.
  • Define and update ICP personas and buyer journeys, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise e-commerce.
  • Partner with Product to ensure roadmap items are translated into customer-friendly narratives and value propositions.
  • Advise on pricing and packaging strategy across both PLG and SLG motions, ensuring messaging aligns with how different customer segments buy.
  • Equip partners with co-marketing decks, playbooks, and enablement guides, working closely with the Head of Partnerships to support partner-sourced revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Enterprise Sales on ABM and enterprise campaigns.
  • Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
  • Track feature adoption and usage, measuring the effectiveness of GTM launches.

What you bring to the table
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in SEO, web technologies, or developer tools.
  • Strong storytelling ability — proven track record of translating technical product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives that connect features to user value.
  • Experience shaping category positioning or narrative for a product entering a new or emerging market category.
  • Experience launching and positioning products in enterprise or mid-market environments.
  • Familiarity with both PLG and SLG pricing and packaging models, and how messaging and enablement differ across each motion.
  • Strong background in building sales enablement content and supporting ABM or enterprise campaigns.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills — ability to pull insights from customers, competitors, and markets.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, technical SEO, or related domains a strong plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and revenue teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
